Mounting Instructions
- Line up Fin
- Clamp two Vise Grips on tightly (See image)
- Drill out side holes with 15/64 drill bit
- Put stainless steel screws in outer holes snugly
- Remove Vise Grips
- Drill center holes
- Insert center screws snugly
- Tighten down all fasteners
- Your new Cobra Jet Steering system in now installed!

Was a bit tentative about this upgrade to my FX-SVHO at first but once I used it, I will never go back. Under power this thing makes your ski turn like a ski boat, it enhances the sponsons and really digs in on the turns. I was even more surprised when I let off the power and was drifting and did a full 360 turn and straightened out. This added benefit has helped alot with loading the ski where the current is moving. My wife had issues with the ski not staying straight when loading without power, now she can drift onto the trailer and keep the ski straight making loading much easier. This feature has one more big benefit, especially for new riders. New riders tend to let off the power and try to turn if something gets in front of them. With this add on they will now have the ability to turn quickly even if they let off the gas possibility avoiding unnecessary collisions.
